1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and online services (collectively, the “Platform“) operated by Dr. Pen Official (“we,” “us,” or “our“). By submitting reviews, comments, or other content (“User Submissions“), you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for business and promotional purposes. You waive all moral rights in User Submissions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
