Your Dr. Pen device is protected by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device malfunctions due to a mechanical issue during normal use, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.

• Proof of purchase and a description of the issue are required.

• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Defective Products or Issues

How to Request a Refund or Return

2. Get Your RMA: We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns accepted without an RMA.

3. Ship Your Item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, include all accessories, and attach the RMA number to the box. Use a trackable shipping method.

4. Wait for Confirmation: We’ll process your return within 5-7 business days and notify you via email.
